Vegan Cottage Cook-off *Challenge*

What happens when a group of vegan friends get together at a cottage?
A cook-off challenge!

Although we haven’t decided on a winning team (it was too difficult and everything turned out phenomenal), we had a remarkable experience.

Our teams cooked up a storm of:
– Oyster mushroom style ‘lobster rolls’ with with a cashew-based caesar salad (w/ croutons & veg bacon)
– Freshly baked cinnamon rolls with roasted candied pecans
– ‘KFC’ style fried chick’n sandwich with creamy coleslaw
– Stuffed ricotta & spinach shells on a bed of roasted eggplants
– Raw cashew-based keylime cheese cake with fresh berries
